We had a fun weekend! My aunt, uncle and cousin were in L.A. for a basketball tournament and drove down on Saturday for the day. We went to Coronado and had a nice lunch and walked around the Hotel Del Coronado. Today we went to church and then after Addison's nap we went to the park for awhile. She stood up on her own for a few seconds, so walking might be just around the corner!

We have started taking Addison to Gymboree on Saturdays. She seems to enjoy it so far and likes playing with all the other little ones her age. It is also fun to have a place were she can crawl and go anywhere without getting into trouble!

I start back to work on Thursday (I am so sad!), so we are once again enjoying are time together. Last week we went to the zoo with friends, to Sea World and the aquarium with daddy, and to the park. Today we went to the beach with some friends and Addison had the best time ever! The sand was everywere from her hair, to her mouth to her toes! We had her 9 month check up afterwards, so she and I tried to shower off in the cold beach shower as best we could and then headed straight to the doctor. It was fun though!

Can it really only be 3 short months until Addison is one years old? Crazy! This has probably been my favorite month so far! Addison is definitely a mover now-crawling, pulling up on EVERYTHING and constantly on the go! She's suffered quite a few bumps and bruises, but is a pretty tough girl! She's saying mama (which I love!) and baba a lot. She is still the happiest baby and everyone who meets her seems to think so too because Addison smiles all the time! Addison now has 2 teeth on the bottom and is eating finger foods now! She is developing such a fun personality and will laugh and laugh at silly things I do (which is definitely a boost to the ego!). She loves: my cell phone, the remote control, my hair, trash cans, electric cords, the blinds, and pretty much anything she shouldn't be playing with! She still loves reading books and now turns the pages for me. It has been so fun staying home with her this past month and I am already dreading going back to work in a week and a half! After she goes to bed at night, as I am doing my chores, I often think about little things she's done during the day and smile to myself. The love I have for this little girl is immeasurable! Happy 9 month birthday Addison! We love you!
