Lately...

Eating a whole pear
Addison's first Chargers game (she and I were for the Cowboys!)

or maybe she and daddy were for the Chargers!

Always wanting to explore!

And always having fun!

Besides being super busy at my school and seeing some private speech therapy clients, we have managed to have some fun. We went to our first Charger's game together. She made it to half-time and we had a great time! She loved the cheerleaders and even got her own pom-poms. Even though we are on different school schedules, it has worked out great this summer because Chris has been able to keep Addison home with him when I am at work. They have had a lot of great times together and I know they will both be sad when it comes to an end next week when he starts school. We are so blessed to have such a hands-on and fun daddy/husband! I have been a teensy bit jealous of all the fun they've been having while I'm at work, but I'll be off in 3 weeks, so I'll get to enjoy some Addison time then :)

Long time, no see!

Having fun at the birthday party!

The Wiggles!

Trying tacos for the first time-ate the whole thing!

Wanting cake at mommy's birthday!

Not sure if daddy can fit in the pool?

It's been awhile since I've posted. That's because I went back to work on July 21st and am also seeing private Speech Therapy clients after school until Chris goes back to work at the beginning of September. It makes for long days for me, but fun days for daddy and Addy at home! We had a busy July and a busy August so far. A highlight was going to see The Wiggles in concert at the end of July. Addison loves The Wiggles and they definitely didn't disappoint at the show. She danced the whole time! It was priceless! Now she wants to wear her wiggle shirt every day :) We had a fun visit from Grammy so that Chris and I could go out for my birthday. Today we went to our friend Aidan's birthday party. It was at the beach and was a perfect day! Addison loved playing in the sand, at the park, flying a kite, eating cake and splashing in the water (luckily I had a change of clothes in the car, but they were way too small and didn't match at all! oh well!). Tomorrow, Addison will be 22 months old! She is being a good listener most of the time lately and is not hitting as much as she did last month, so hopefully that's under control! She is eating a lot lately, so she must be going through a growth spurt! She ate tons of fruit today, so hopefully she likes fruit again and won't say "No like it! Too sour!" We continue to laugh and smile with her and enjoy her every day. She is such a precious girl!
